Copper Ridge Apartments

I was extremely impressed with the quality of customer service from the property manager and staff. Raquel was very helpful as well as polite and professional. Overall my experience was very positive and they made a great first impression. They definitely earned all five stars!!!!

As I am logging in to pay my rent, I thought I'd write a quick review. As we have the convenience of paying rent online; through our resident portal. No need to leave home. I've lived here at Copper Ridge since 2011. They were newly remodeled, rename and under new ownership and I must say this property has been very well maintained and updated since then. Raquel and her office staff are always helpful, polite and professional. And work orders are always done in a timely manner. Copper Ridge is a quiet, friendly, drama-free, family oriented close knit community. Much of the community has lived here at least 15 years. I don't plan on moving anytime soon. Since I have been here they have restriped and repaved the parking lot twice. They have redone all the stairs in the breezeway and also repainted the breezeway. Maintenance fixes any issues in a timely manner. The staff over all are very attentive with any issue that occurs on the property. It is very safe and community oriented. I've walked my dog at 2am and have never had any issues. This is the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in.

These apartments are roach infested and filthy. Dog/cat feces on the side walks and grass. So much animal feces. Upon moving in the apartment the kitchen looked as if it was just painted over with a shiny gloss but had dead roaches stuck in it. The stove was also not cleaned and filthy. These apartment s deserve no star. The smell of old roach feces takes over the apartment.
