Copper Ridge Apartments

I had the pleasure of working with Aby in the front office. Her customer service was spectacular and very timely with her email responses for any concerns or questions. Luis was incredible and very responsive via text and phone call for any maintenance concerns. He was always a warm face to see when doing maintenance around the apartment. Very personable guy. Certainly brought up the vibe of the apartment complex! I will miss him.

The complex is safe & friendly. They keep a clean community which is so nice. Apartments are spacious & cozy! It’s really nice having a responsive, helpful, kind property manager! Luis literally helps with everything and has great communication with all residents!

My wife and I have lived here for almost 5 years now and we love it. Our neighbors are great and the maintenance staff is even greater. Whenever we have an issue, whether it is day or night, Luis always responds to us quickly and fixes the issue within 24 hours.

Love it From the 3 1/2 years that I’ve been there it’s a very clean and well-maintained property. Luis the super is always available and visible. In previous places I’ve lived at, you never see the super it seems like they’re always hiding. Luis is very present, helpful and personal.

Love my complex.. very peaceful and everyone keeps to themselves. Greatful for my super Luis who always goes out of his way to help me with anything I need done. You can see him work tirelessly throughout all hours of the day. Super grateful for him!
