Copper Ridge Apartments

Overall, it’s a safe place and they keep it clean but if you enjoy having water/hot water don’t move here. It seems like the water is shut off for “repairs” almost every other week. The plumbing company they hire to do the repairs never completes them on the timeframe they say they will. We have had to take countless cold showers or have even had to go to the store to purchase jugs of water because they had us go without water for so long. I’m paying over $1,200 a month to live like a caveman… make it make sense

Let me say this: the staff here are amazing people! This review is not about the staff. The advertising on their website shows the units much newer. There are roaches. My neighbor smokes Marijuana at night and I smell it when im sitting on my porch. The streets throughout the community are ragged. The windows are so old that they are hard to open. The smell of old lingers in my apartment. I have plugins throughout my apartment just to mask the smell of old. If you're looking for something newer and roach free, look elsewhere. I was very disappointed to walk into an apartment that looked nothing like the website. I relocated from another state so I relied on the website, so that's my fault. Im thinking about breaking my lease and paying the fees because im not happy with this communit

With as many people reporting stolen items and break ins, you would figure they would assure that all gates are closed at all times but they are left open 24/7 without a single camera in the complex. Had 2k worth of tools stolen out of me truck. Was told they can't do anything and take it up with someone else. Paying all that money for rent and parking but can't leave shit in my truck without worrying if someone is gonna steal it because they know there is no cameras.

It seems as though there is always a leak that needs to be fixed requiring the water to be shut off for indefinite amounts of time. You can't really trust when they tell you it's going to be turned on again either because at times it takes hours longer than what they initially say. Didn't get an update until this morning at 8:05 am after I'm sure lots of people getting ready for work have already found out when they went to turn on the water to brush their teeth and nothing came out. I'm not sure what the issue is. Likely hiring workers to patch it with bandaids until it inevitably happens again.

Our first time being here it’s been nothing but a lovely experience! We love it here and everyone is so nice, which is also amazing because we feel right at home! I’d recommend living here because they’ll make you feel at home! I appreciate all of the staff for making us feel safe and comfortable here at Copper Ridge, and a special shout out to Kena for helping us find our perfect home and for walking us through everything and answering all of our questions that we’ve asked! Y’all truly made our experience worth it!
