I was greeted by Maria who is an excellent leasing agent very down to earth easy-going and real. I’m moving in on Thursday and I can’t say how excited I am because words just can’t put it together thank you so much for helping me start my life over. Jeanette was also awesome. Thank you so much!

Absolutely the WORST living experience I have ever stayed in. When we moved in we were told 2 months free (first and last..but only got 1) the maintenance men NEVER fix anything, the staff NEVER replies to emails or answers calls, and to top it off there’s more roaches than people living here!! The people under us got evicted months ago and their apartment is STILL filthy with roaches crawling EVERYWHERE you can literally see them from the windows..we went 2 months without AC because the staff said “it’s cold outside you shouldn’t need AC right now!” Yet our apartment was in the high 80s and 90s! We also had no water for over a month, when we emailed the office no response. It wasn’t until we left a bad google review and made a Facebook post that they reached out but still no fixes were ma

DO NOT MOVE HERE. 1.) They're overcharging for rent when theu cant even keep their maintenance team in line. Been having multiple issues going on day 1 of me moving in, Sink kept getting clogged up from the dishwasher and they didn't make sure those two were working properly before someone was moving in. Garbage disposal was broken to where it took maintenance 3 MONTHS for them to come out and fix it when the job took literally 5 Minutes to solve for me to drain that disgusting water that sat in my sink for 3 months. 2.) They're constantly rotating new people in the front office like a Nba draft, The main guy Victor has a immature mentality to where he needs to seek out petty issues with tenants to fine you with on top of your rent. 3.) MULTIPLE Stray cats in this complex where some of the
