Copper Mill Apartments

Since moving here in October, I have contacted Copper Mill staff for different reasons. As a leasing agent, Elijah was my first contact here and has been ready to assist any time I’ve had questions. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure there is a satisfactory resolution. He is an absolute pleasure to work with. Kudos to him for his customer service skills!

Really frustrated with how management handled a basic maintenance issue. My dryer stopped working, and I went to the leasing office multiple times about it. After submitting a ticket, I was told maintenance would come “when they have a moment.” It has now been over two weeks, and the issue still hasn’t been addressed with any urgency. What was most frustrating was being told to hang dry my clothes as the only solution. That response felt like they don’t take resident concerns seriously and disrespectful, especially considering in-unit laundry is part of what residents are paying for. Residents shouldn’t have to repeatedly follow up for weeks just to get a standard appliance repaired. This is the response from the management after repeated requests to resolve the issue.

My wife and I moved into Copper Mill Apts. and we're enjoying our stay. Fantastic location and the best balconies in Richmond. We would really like to give a shout out to ... Elijah Torres-Campbell our leasing agent / sales expert. He made the application and leasing process a breeze. He knows us by name and is always ready to help us.

My first apartment in Richmond. Located between west broad street and Mayland drive. Kroger, costco, Bank of America, Best buy, short pump mall, tuckahoe library, wallmart, target, Indian groceries all are very near by. I consider this place to be my luckiest place. N.pharham road and highway are very close. My memories in richmond is unforgettable. Such a soulful place. Copper Mill apartment is really good one with all expected amenities available. I love to take a walk around the lake in summer days, pleasant walk. Considering neighbourhoods rental structure I would say this place is costlier and electric bill always surprises me! Maintenance takes little time. Overall-nice place to stay.

Be aware of this people, they are the thief of Richmond. I stayed in this apartment for just 9 months before and following is my experience - (1) They will upload the monthly rent bill on 30th night, sometimes it do not even reflect the website. If by any chance you forget to pay on 1st then on 2nd you will fined with a min $150. The management wants you to repeat this mistake multiple times so they will not suggest you to go for auto pay. I had to find out myself to do an auto pay so that I do not suffer the next time. (2) During my move out inspite of keeping the apartment cleaned they charged me $600 + for carpet replacement and apartment cleaning. I am attaching some pictures which was taken on my move out date. Refer the picture and see how neat and clean I have left the apartment but
