Copper Falls Apartments

Moved here heer in 2022/23 & happy that I did. The schools, DR offices , & shopping centers are all in one place walking distance only 5 minutes away. The apartments are exactly what I’ve been needing for my little family, everyone keeps to themselves and the office managers are cool they even give events for holidays. & I don’t have to worry about anything coming up missing when I order from Amazon if I’m away lol. And trust me I’ve been in a lot of apartments and copper falls is the place to be especially if you have teens. I feel safer than most places I’ve been and very satisfied. Love love my school is down the street. Be We got a 24 hour gym and I like that our apartment has a patio facing Walmart & other stores . We have a nice 3 bedroom 2 bathroom perfect nice interior. It’s quite around here if people have small children you wouldn’t even know. Best part is they have a washer and dryer inside. Office managers are nice much respect

I went to tour the other day and was greeted by Kristal and Samantha. Both of them were so helpful and took the time to make sure all my needs were met. They truly made my tour memorable and valued my time. Thanks so much....

I love living here I had to move immediately and crystal and Samantha stayed late they both went above and beyond for approval they helped me and my family move in and went above and beyond to make sure that the process was amazing simple and easy. The amenities are above and beyond only wish is the ring cameras but im sure we will get those wink wink. If you choose to move here you won't be disappointed from the staff to the apartments you will love living here .

In all honesty the apartments itself are great including the amenities my only complaint is the communication timelines when it comes to handling serious situations. My car was stolen right in front of my building and when I spoke to the office about it I was told that they had no awareness of the incident and if I wanted to see the cameras (which doesn’t work) I’ll have to file a police report. I filed the report and the officer went into the office asking for the footage. The lady in the office told them they did clean up glass from where my car was parked earlier that morning but did not inform me. The office also stated that this is her 2nd call of the week coming to the apartment due to another car theft. I believe if I’m paying over 2k a month I could get some kind of answer with why
