Copley Park Apartments

I have lived here for over 5 years with my dog and have never seen the grounds of the complex so disgusting. People do not pick up after there’s dogs and it’s so disrespectful. Even the sidewalks are covered. I can’t even walk my dog without constantly having to look down so we don’t step in any feces. If you think the side walk is bad just imagine what the grass looks like. My dog won’t even step in the grass because he knows it’s covered is dog feces. And don’t even get me started on the trash situation. We have one trash compactor and it either breaks or gets full to the point where people have no choice but to leave the trash on the ground next to it and it just piles up. People pay way too much to live here to have to deal with these conditions.

Do you love the sight of trash? Do you love the smell of trash? Then Copley Park is for you!!!! (Every unit pays monthly for trash utilities and it's looked like this for 2 months) I've lived here for 3 years...with a rent increase each year. The management and upkeep of the grounds has gone down dramatically since my wife and I moved in. This review used to be 5 stars :( I hate to see this community so uncared for. Just fyi the only reason this complex is 4 stars is b/c of the old reviews from years ago before management changed. Read the reviews from the last year.

The only redeeming part about this complex is the apartment itself. The floor plans are nice and very spacious for the price. However, The management quality has been insanely inconsistent, our gym pass has not worked since we moved in and the issue has still not been fixed no matter how many times we contact management. Because the office is almost always closed, trash piles up and other neighbors do not maintain their unit or the grounds and nothing is done about. There is currently a MASSIVE wall of trash in front of the compactor that has not yet been taken care of ( going on at least 3 weeks now) Why? I have no idea. Some excuse about the “trash compactor being broken” but you’re telling me the valet trash people cannot just walk around and throw it in to the dumpster? This has happen

June 4 2023. I only stayed because I HATE moving that much. They (Birge) just finished renovations w my unit. I was excited. Of course though they can’t do anything right. I come home to find my furniture all tossed on my couch despite based on the markings of what was to be done I had everything out of the way. Some of this is inherited mid century furniture that was tossed on top of my couch with ZERO REGARD for my other property when they had a bedroom they could’ve easily moved stuff into. They have dinged walls all over the place with poor craftsmanship. They touched my shower stuff for NO reason. They left my A/C at 60 the entire weekend I was gone so they ran up my bill unnecessarily. EVERYTHING IS DIRTY. I AM SO MAD I CANT EVEN SEE STRAIGHT. See pictures. Update July 12, 2022 - Ch

I just love that we've all been living in a pile of garbage since Thanksgiving. It's so scenic. Bathrooms and laundry closets reek of skunk because people smoke inside and I guess are turning on their vents when they do it. No notices or anything done to fix this. nice looking property run down by the worst neighbors and absentee management.
