Copley Court Apartments

Location is good and you can be on campus or to nearest bus stop within couple of minutes. Rent is 1075$ for 2BHK but it fluctuates so no blame on me. 2BHK is suffice for 2 people only honestly, for more than 2 it might get difficult as only 1 bathroom is there and rooms are small. Staff is friendly, pays attention and helps. Saw helping other people also. Kitchen appliances are provided but electricity and wifi is on us. Unfurnished apartment, so you need to buy furniture.

We have been living here since 2019 and the experience has always been good. For the last 5 years, we requested for maintenance service only once, and the staff was super helpful. If you are coming to UB, this apartment has decent location. The only recommendation that I can think of is to improve the laundry room but other than that everything is good!

Love the up to date appliances and renovations. However the walls are so thin it feels like my upstairs neighbors are in the room with me.

This property has been very stressful to live at. There have been multiple occasions where I woke up to get ready for work and my hot water wouldn't be working. I would call the emergency line and they wouldn't be able to give me estimated times. I am a very busy person so this meant on multiple occasions I would be late to work because of this. In addition, I was left locked out of my apartment in the middle of the day due to the fob system. The laundry room is disgusting and poorly maintained. In addition, as it's gotten colder, I have been without heat on 2 occasions, in the newest remodeled apartments (Mind you it has just begin getting cold, so twice in the last 2 weeks). This was my home for 3 years in Buffalo. Never had any troubles. Rent was affordable and the maintenance team were good.
