Copiague Commons

I had a very disappointing interaction with this place. I was scheduled for a tour of the complex this past Friday at 4:30 PM. I was receiving texts that same day to confirm my appointment. I sat in an hour of traffic only to get there to a closed office. I then tried calling multiple times and nobody answered the leasing office looked dark and closed. I then received a text message stating that the leasing office closes at 4:00 PM on Friday . Not sure how this happened but it’s very unprofessional.

Nice apartments just a few years old.. maintenance is the best always willing to help. most tenants are good and treat others well but those who dump trash in parking when they have many trash cans. Sell drugs. Drop fast food wrappers everywhere allow kids to jump up and down at all hours an females fighting in hallways. Btw when done fighting pick up that nasty cheap a$$ wig. Dont leave it for others. Yuk! Nasty! still well managed office staff helpful and maintenance staff are the best

I live here, for what you pay in rent in this affordable housing complex, well???? Its not affordable for some anymore. For what they charge Copiague Commons needs to do better. There is a gym, an its been closed since COVID-19 started, we can't use it. We have a community room thats been closed to the residents for the past 3 years, thats how long this bldgs been open. The community room is only open to residents if you have $250 to pay to rent it and that's the security deposit for the time you rent it. The apt are okay but small, the one bed room is nice and same for the two bed room, but it still feels like you right on top of your neighbor being that the walls are so thin. In my opinion copiague commons has changed from how it was in the beginning to now three yrs later.
