We recently sign a lease and I am so excited to move it. Jessica was very helpful with every step. Ever messages was answered quickly and she definitely had our trust. The area is nice and quality! She worked with us and reassured us with every step. If you can work with Jessica I highly recommend her.

I moved here in March 2025 and I cant thank the property manager Jessica Todd enough for how helpful and resourceful she has been so far!!! I have had to get several maintenance repairs and even though that can be frustrating as I’ve only been here for 3 months, she gets it taken care of so fast!! I’ve never had to wait for anything, and anytime I’ve had a question or had to send a message/email I have always gotten a response pretty quickly!! This neighborhood is very laid back, quiet, everyone here is friendly!! Maintenance workers friendly!!

I worked with Jessica Todd to get into my home and I can't thank her enough. The paperwork was processed fast. She has been so nice and helpful through the entire process. I am grateful for her time and effort. She is amazing!

Quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood located conveniently next to Food Lion shopping plaza and a close walk to the schools. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The rental office was polite and took care of my paperwork quickly. The have a standard dog policy and paperwork for you to fill out with a deposit. They are great at providing service animal accommodation. The rent is less than most in the area and paying it is conveniently handled online. I can’t say enough positive things about this area and apartments.I’ve had family living here for four years now and they have no complaints. As there’s only ever been two maintenance issues I can say they were quick to respond and repair. As well as friendly like everyone is here.
