Cooper River Farms

Absolutely needed to come here to write a review on this entire staff! I have never felt more welcome coming to do a tour at an apartment complex. I worked with Tia for my first tour and she made me want to come back to check on the space again (just to be sure I LOVED it - and I do). Then I met with Bri and Tia on my second time around to see a different apartment layout. The both of them genuinely made me feel like family. Truly, they are a huge factor as to why I decided to move to this complex! Aside from the service, the complex is gorgeous. I wanted to bring up a couple of concerns regarding the pet amenities. Yesterday it took me over 30 minutes to wash my dog in the dog washing station, before I gave up and just finished rinsing him off inside my apartment shower. The faucet spigot is very small, and the water pressure is inconsistent— the range goes from barely a trickle to so strong it feels like a power washer. It’s difficult to hold it at the right angle and with enough pressure to wash him off, without worrying about hurting my dog, which makes the process very challenging. Additionally, several of the dog bag stations around the property have been out of bags for the past few days. It would be great if these could be refilled more regularly. I have greatly enjoyed living here since May. There are a variety of activities scheduled from a POOLSIDE BBQ to a morning yoga. The workout room is 2 levels which includes a workout studio and spin bikes. The clubhouse space is beautiful overall. The management takes great care of the facilities i.e grill cleaners. Sidewalk power washing and is responsive to any concerns very quickly. I wanted a place that wasn’t a “college dorm” yet a place that had a mixture of ages and backgrounds and were respectable in their care of where they lived. I found this here as there is no cigarette smoking allowed anywhere , this of course includes pot which can be smelled at other tours of other locations. I think when tenants commit to living here they commit to keeping it nice. The grounds are beautiful

I recently visited the property and spoke with Tia, who was very pleasant and welcoming. The property is clean, well-maintained, and clearly well cared for. During my tour, I had the opportunity to see the maintenance team hard at work, which gave me confidence that they truly go above and beyond. I also had the chance to meet one of the maintenance team members, Xavier, who was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this place.

I cannot say enough positive things about Cooper River Farms - I moved from Alabama and worried that South Carolina would not feel like home for a long time but I immediately felt at home because of Cooper River Farms. The property is absolutely beautiful. The gym and the pool are both incredible. The units are truly immaculate - quartz countertops, hardwood floors, tall ceilings and massive windows that allow for a ton of natural light, so many gorgeous details. The staff is so kind and so accommodating, especially maintenance. The community is also another added bonus - there are several events every month that the apartment throws for free, some examples being: wine tastings, cocktail classes, football parties, cookouts by the pool, yoga classes, etc. There are also food trucks that vis
