Terrible changes. They took our portal away and will only accept cash. It’s 2025 and they are making us go out of our way to pay rent with a continuous gas bill when we don’t even have gas. They know this fee shouldn’t be there but they keep adding it. They Serve their hard working, HIGH PAYING residents poorly by avoiding any kind of communication. Why do we now have to speak to AI or leave a message. We should be able to call and hear someone answer. We should have actual payment options. As much as we pay and this company can’t even afford to provide a resident portal but has towing services plastered all over the complex. Grass is so high and filled with sticker bugs. Just when things were getting good, they changed to what seems to be inexperienced, inconsiderate, incapable ownership.

DON’T MOVE HERE - Constant no water/hot water issues, at one time blames it on Atmos, who told me they hadn’t paid the bill. Move in - had 17 issues, including dish washer with filthy water in it, was told I had to clean it, too them 3 months to replace it. No hot water in my 3 bed unit, except in my shower. In order to have hot water in the second shower, the sink and shower faucet have to be on full blast for over 10 min, then the shower has “warmer” water. To top it off, they’re going through another turn over. I had been trying to transfer to a 2 bed since Nov, but they dragged their feet. Told me in person they would get me into one, just sign my new lease. 2 months into my second lease, nothing. After me calling and emailing and dropping by the office, they call to say I can stay in

Recently got new owners and manager, but nothing is getting better. Neighbors in another unit left or was evicted and their possessions where put outside. It's been over a week and now it's trash and office personnel don't care enough to clean it up...it's disgusting! Why do they expect anyone wanting to lease at these apartments when they don't care enough for those who already live here. I've asked for this to be cleaned up and I am lied to, saying they will. Something needs to be done about poor management and owners. I bet nothing like this is in front of their home.

ROACHES ROACHES , oh and HUGE spiders and management won’t send out an exterminator. They either forgot or say they’re sending out and then don’t. Apartment below me had an issue with BED BUGS! Theres no light in the living room, and they won’t even put in a light bulb. They don’t comply to anything. The day I moved in I noticed the dishwasher leaks .. and I mean leaks to the point that I have to keep rags and rags underneath and constantly mop. Months later .... still not fixed as well as rotten smell coming from dishwasher and insects crawling. Was not told these apartments were permitted to smoke. So we constantly have weed smell from our neighbors running through our air vents. I mean day and night! Constantly and walls are so thin I can hear the baby crying all night... First time we

Do not move here. They are constantly towing your car and now visitors have to pay $9.83 to park for 24 hr. Even if you only have a visitor for 1 hr you are required to pay that fee other wise their car WILL be towed. Completely insane, I have never seen this at any apartment complex before. So please be aware before coming here. Also the management at this place are horrible and so rude and the apartments are full of roaches and horrible conditions.
