Cooper Landing

I’ve been here since September and have experienced nothing but the best. Kendall is so great with responding back to me. I haven’t had any issues with my apartment. Everything is wonderful and I pray it continues to be great as long as she is running it. Only down size is I do hear my downstairs neighbors when they talk walk or do anything and I’m sure they hear me but they are rarely home and we communicate so I’m not tripping about that. I would suggest for the future better insulation in the flooring to block out hearing your downstairs neighbors but I would definitely stay here and recommend these apartment.

I wouldn’t even give it one star if it was an option to give the review with giving it 1 star. I’ve lived here since December 1, 2023. They’ve changed ownerships three times since I’ve been here and apartment managers four times. Out of all four managers we’ve had Delilah was the best yet they let her go. They continue to charge us for services that we do not get out of our amenities like the pool that has not been open that was supposed to have been open since March we were told they were waiting for an occupancy report and the inspection from the city. I’ve had problems with the younger adults in the apartment above me and have made multiple complaints that the apartment manager has said that she would address but has never tended to the problems. Myself and my fiancé moved in July 1, 2025. Kendall and her husband being so professional, their customer service is amazing. No issues with apartment. If called to ask a question, always answer. Our Referigater stop getting cold. I got on the maintenance plate form and message the issue. They came less than an hour and solved the problem.

Just moved here from another rental property that was completely mismanaged and had countless issues. This is a much nicer place from where I came from for a lower price and better amenities with more upgrades on the way. This place works well for me so far. And the management group is top notch. Highly recommend.

I LOVE MY HOME. Dahlia is amazing. She took care of everything I needed. The apartment was very beautiful and very clean at move in.
