Very quiet at time love the managers and maintenance you make your home According to the way you live if you clean, you will have a clean apartment no roaches are rats. Stay to yourself and you will be at peace.
Coolwood has roaches and the staff is ghetto. That’s the only downside. Other than that I didn’t have any issues with crime, the apartment layout was fine, kid friendly and located next to a lot of food places. They are also income based
