They've changed management and it's gotten a little better, but the new mgmt is super passive aggressive and will leave letters on your door subtly accusing you of stupid things you didn't do. The new management does respond quickly to inquiries, however, and their website is very easy to navigate.
Kinda sketchy people but well designed parking
Slummy rundown apartments. Drug ridden area.
