I started working with Cook Commercial Reality approximately 9 months ago when we started looking for a new and larger facility for our company. I found Danny and his entire staff to be very friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about the market, the commercial leasing process and he is also very well connected within the commercial real estate industry. He worked very hard to find buildings that fit our needs and wish list which saved us a lot of time and ultimately helped us find the building we will be moving into later this year. I've been working with Dan Cook for three years on a couple of our Miami area properties and have found him professional, responsive and very helpful. Horrible service. Extremely rude staff including the owner. I would not waste my time with them if you are a serious business owner.They don't know how to communicate. I am surprise that they are still in business. Very unprofessional.
