I am currently tenant in this property. I can say I have had the best experience living here maintenance are very attentive and are fast to fix any issues in the apartment. Leasing manager helped me a lot when I first moved in. overall I have enjoyed everything about Middlesex management

The worst. Not secure. Air conditioners and heat work poorly, maintenance tell you everything is fine, must be you. Can't drink the sludge filled water, is heath hazard. Loud obnoxious tenants, smoke pot, do drugs, and drink alcohol in hallways, on porch. Loud even middle of the night, hallways poor lighting. Locked security door lock broke or people leave propped open, if the lock breaks, will not be fixed. Can't reach Superintendent, go through maintenance office, they don't care, or send super days/weeks later. Nobody speaks English well. Ignore concerns. Creepy people hang out outside and harrass. Can't complain to management fir fear might be thrown out. Frequent roaches, mice, etc, Stay away.
