Converse Mill Lofts

I am rating Converse Mill Loft Apartments two stars due to the lovely restoration of an historical mill. I really appreciate the attention to detail and cleanliness of this facility. I also think the amenities are very nice and the on-site gym is fantastic. I also felt the office staff (Nicole B. and Jamie) were very personable and helpful. The tour with Nicole B. was very informative and I enjoyed it very much and looked forward to moving in to my new lovely apartment! This is when the 5 star review became a 2 star review. I was packed up with movers hired and disconnect dates in place and connect dates lined up. I had filled out detailed paperwork etc..etc..everything was approved and I signed my lease for the new apartment that I specifically picked and waited for over a month to move i

We’ve lived here since October and are completely in love with Converse Mill!!! The building has been beautifully redone to make it modern and livable but retaining all the historic charm of an over 100 year old structure that has lived so many lives. The team here keeps it clean and running like clock work. We’ve had to call maintenance for some minor things and they were always handled promptly and with the best attitude by management and maintenance. Seeing Jamie and both Nicole’s in the office or hallways is always a delight. The evening valet trash collection is such a luxury. My husband and I both work from home and the internet is LIGHTNING fast, like usually over 250 Mbps for both download and upload which to me is practically unheard of lol. This community has been such a wonderful experience. The new staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always so helpful—they truly go above and beyond. The property itself is beautiful both inside and out, with well-maintained spaces that make it a pleasure to come home to. One of my favorite perks is the new coffee machine they have—it’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend this community!

Living at Converse Mill Lofts been an absolute joy! Over the past few months, The office atmosphere has noticeably improved. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear they care about creating a welcoming community, and that energy makes a big difference. One of the highlights for me has been discovering the beautiful Riverside Park the staff recommended. Nestled right along the water. It’s the perfect spot to unwind. I often bring my book and a cup of coffee and just soak in the peaceful surroundings. It’s become my favorite little Between the great team and the serene natural beauty nearby, Converse Mill Lofts truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

You can really tell how much pride the new management takes in the property — it honestly shows. The office staff is super approachable and down to earth, and they actually come out to resident events, which makes the community feel a lot more welcoming. The recent updates like the river rock and mowing have made the property look so much better, and the coffee machine was such a great (and very appreciated) addition. Overall, the office just has a better vibe now, and it feels like a place where the team genuinely cares about the property and the people who live here.
