CONTOUR PLACE APARTMENTS

I would like to take this opportunity to share my story, or more of a testimonial. If you feel like you can't afford an apartment, or no one will rent out to you because of a broken lease or an eviction. Please, just come by and check the property out for yourself. I know this is a new age of reviews and what not. My reviews have well over a hundred thousand views. I moved in earlier this year in March, and I couldn't be happier with my rent, which super affordable and property manager whom has been my Angel when I most needed one. The staff is super friendly, as are my neighboring residents. It's quite, and surrounded by by lots of beautiful scenery and places to visit and hang out at. North Star Mall is down the street. The Quarry Market you could literally walk to, if that's your thing?

Even if it’s somehow your only option, IT’S NOT WORTH IT! The facility and especially management are an absolute nightmare. My friends unfortunately lived there for two years and they couldn’t get out quick enough. They’re unjustifiably extremely rude to the tenants and their own staff. Especially the head, Patty, was seen constantly screaming and cussing at her staff publicly. I feel so sorry for anyone that has to work with her. The floor in the apartment literally felt like it was going to cave in at any second. The plumbing was absolutely atrocious, constant leaks and many rusted nails sticking out all over the carpet. If you own any pets, make sure they’re tagged because if they get out and management finds them first, they will have your pet put down. AND NONE OF YOUR BELONGINGS ARE

I love my apartment since the day I moved in; I can even see the Quarry from my balcony! The floorplan is open and spacious; and the property manager and staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. Planning to stay here until I eventually buy a house.

Now that it’s raining again, Please hire a dog poop cleaning company for the field across from your apartment that the tenants take their dogs to, that whole field is a hazard with unpicked up dog poop. Where do you think that goes when it rains
