Continental Tower

If you like your hallways to smell like trash because the trash chutes are broken, this is the place for you. If you want to walk down decommissioned escalators to go to the gym, this is the place for you. If you like building fire alarms going off weekly, this is the place for you. If you don't mind waiting a year for the advertised amenities, then this is the place for you. If heat or water issues don't bother you then this is the place for you. If you like living in an ongoing renovation then, yet again, this is the place for you. Management team is kind people, but have several problems operating a residential building.

Continental Towers is a fabulous building with beautiful living spaces. Village Green has always been a great management company that take care of their residents, and the beautification of their properties. Cody Byrd and his team have always gone above and beyond for the residents at their property to ensure a comfortable living environment. Cody and his team are excellent to work with, and I highly recommend living at Continental Towers!

Beautiful building but a construction zone that had people move in prematurely. Recently had a leasing company change and hope they are able to get things going. Promised that they'd be much further along with everything when we moved in but it seems very stalled. Between water issues, elevator issues, water leaks, a lack of an escalation path or contacts for an emergency when something goes wrong, I would not recommend moving in until they have their act together a bit more. Many of the beautiful new things they installed initially are looking rough because of the never ending construction.

I wish I could give them zero stars. My friend moved there a while ago and is going through a nightmare. They have all sorts of issues, but the main one is with water and plumbing. The recreation area was completed flooded a week ago. And many apartments have issues. The building is old and the renovations are not suitable. Beware!

Old management company: great New management company: terrible. outside of not having water for a week, there are constant alarms (CO2, fire, etc) going off throughout all hours of the day requiring all residents to evacuate, most recently for a WATER LEAK likely resulting in damage to units. Did I mention the elevators are constantly going down? There has been zero discussion of compensation nor any lack of effort to keep residents updated. Front desk doesn't even apologize for the inconveniences. STAY AWAY
