I worked with J and it was truly a life changing experience. I never felt like he was trying to sell me anything. He was as invested in making sure I got what I wanted just as much as I was. He went above and beyond to get me and my family in a home and I couldn’t be more grateful for him. He is super responsive and really listens to what your wants and needs are. He even made it his business not just to know me but to know my family to make sure we all got a piece of our happiness. He is basically uncle J at this point. So if you want someone to keep it real with you and look out for your best interest I highly suggest finding your dream with him!

Stay far far away. My boyfriend and I found Jay Smith a realtor working here at Continental Realty on Zillow. He shortened our due diligence period to five days without our knowledge. The house had structural issues and we got quotes for the repairs but had a repair request by day six thus giving the owners all of the power in negotiations. After not being honest he ended up losing us $12,500. He promised to make us whole, and instead has completely turned his back on us.

I highly recommend the great people at Continental Realty. When my husband passed, I decided that I should sell my home and move closer to family. Ron walked me through each step of the process to help me sell my home quickly. After the closing he also found me a great place to live that was well within my budget, as well as close to shopping and one of my favorite restaurants. I couldn't be happier!

Currently live in one of there properties right now. This company is a JOKE . I have been dealing with my AC not working for almost a month. The AC guy has been out 3 times and still can’t even diagnose the isssue let alone fix it. As of today I have all my proof (pictures, texts, etc.) and am taking that and a letter up to there office tomorrow . The law in FL gives them 7 days to fix once they’ve recieved written notice. After that I’ll be getting a lawyer involved. Let’s see how it goes . Smh . Also has a MAJOR MICE INFESTATION! told them about the mice the guy came out and just gave me 4 glue traps & spraid some repellent in my AC closet hasn’t came back since.(told me he’d be back with more traps and a can of repelllent for me to keep) So far to date I’ve caught 2 mice on traps and

Beware when selecting a real estate broker to assist in the purchase of a home. Mishandled my situation at multiple points and lost me a lot of money. Their response is to continually kick the ball down the road and point fingers rather than taking any responsibility for their actions.
