Continental Garden Apartments

This place is horrible! Chasiti (regional manager) & Lee (On-site manager) are both extremely careless and incompetent. We had to get the housing department involved because they wouldn't fix our collapsing roof after being notified for more than 60 days. Chasiti kept giving us the run around and promising to get it fix, on the other hand, Lee did absolutely nothing. He didn't even show up to see the damages, he made it clear that he didn't care. There was active mold due to the holes and water coming inside the apartment. The smell was horrific and unbearable. We even had a code compliance office come to the apartment and report everything. Our furniture got water damaged, It really was unfit for living. Water was coming from within the walls, dripping from about 7 holes in the ceiling,

Quite environment, spacious apartments (1 + 2 bedroom available). Good size pool with color changing light for cool effect. Small hot tub. Only 2 washers and dryers on site for 33 apts. Overall a nice place to live.

Terrible place to live! Black mold everywhere! The place is falling apart and the property manager (Lee) and regional manager (Chastity) refuse to do things about it

I scored a fat bag of skunk here one time..didnt pay for it so I didnt return
