ROACH INFESTATION For years, I have reported the same problems: roaches, a broken gate, poor communication from management, and a lack of professionalism. I have repeatedly reported the roach issue. You not only over pay for rent of a small space you also don't get heat in the winter. 2 years in a row. And your lucky if your outlets work for power. Hard to tell when you fuse boxes are painted over and you have to spend an half an hour to get panel open to flip your maybe 4 actual fuses that work. Have been reported to The BBB and the City of Phoenix. Next call is to attorneys for their attemp to charge move out fees when they can't provide heat!! Also not a secured property as gates are constantly open. Cameras do not work on property as a tenant went into his apartment to find a homeless person going thru his stuff.

ARS 9-499.05 clearly states the requirements which your establishment fails to meet. Even down to the size of the signage, and dimensions of the lettering. Your failure to comply with the law make you liable. Cut and dry. It's documented, photographed, and undeniable, you are at fault and have failed to comply with the law, on both state and federal levels. It's not a matter of opinion. These are facts and evidence.

I lived here on two separate occasion's for a total of around 4 years. I had a studio and a one bedroom. The apartments are clean and a decent size. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything and the price is very reasonable for downtown. The complex is quiet and I never had any problems with neighbors. Salina the property manager was very approachable and Brian the maintenance guy was always on hand to promptly deal with any issues. If I hadn't had to return to the UK I would still be happily living at the Continental

So far so good! This is a place for a couple or single person for their first apartment. It’s been a smooth process with a great location. It’s quiet and it’s clean. I’ll be updating in 6 months to see how the year goes. Lisa is also great
