Very grateful to Construction Unlimited for the integrity, hard work and attention to detail that made our cottage seem as special as one of the top tier custom homes for which they are so well known. They made our little dream come true.

Mark and Jeff have access to some of the best builders in the industry. Overall very happy with our build. They were hands down the most transparent builders (got 7 different quotes) with costs and different ways to approach the project. Mark was very involved and took a very personal approach. We had a few hold-ups as expected on a building of our caliber (10,000+ sq ft commercial auto shop with multiple stories and an office). Mark was willing to let me do some of the work that I wanted to in order to save some money (grew up in excavating, so did all the site prep, grading and underground piping etc). Very impressed with the finish and thoughtfulness of how our building was built to last a long time. My only request is that they buy more Pella Windows :)

It has been a nightmare working with Jeff and his crew. First he does not pay any of his people so everyone just walks off the job. We had to find our own contractors to work on my house. He will 100% not stand by his work or his crews either. I been in my house for 6 months and have a leak in my ceiling, flooding all around my house and more! DO NOT USE HIM if you want a quality home!

I had an addition to my home done in 2005 and it was the worst experience of my life. I would call 4 times before he would return my call. The project took a year where the contract stated it would be done in 90 days. He never had the final inspection done and the city gave me a list of things needing to be done and he was unresponsive. The wood floors were improperly installed and he refused to repair them. The project ran 20% over his estimate and his response was, the projects always run over budget, even though I didn’t get Anderson windows as he quoted, I ended up with contractor grade windows. His subcontractors complained about him constantly. The drywall contractor said he told Jeff to do it differently so it would look better but he was told to do it the cheapest way knowing it

Mark Frego and Jeff Gottschalk (Construction Unlimited Builders) were awesome to work with! In 2005-6 They reconstructed a dilapidated home into my beautiful real estate office at 5590 E M-36, Pinckney Mi. They were very professional and did exquisite work, even matching the original coved ceilings where required. When hurdles needed jumping, they were calm and helped me make the best decisions for the project. This also entailed appearing before the township board for permit approvals! They were awesome! Additionally, I am proud to represent them with their new development at Spicer Farms in Green Oak Township. They are building gorgeous new homes in the Brighton School district priced from $300-400,000. Their work is solid and tasteful! They have great capability to communicate w
