Constitution Apartments

I received a lease violation of no type of proof nor the listed occupants of disposing any trash outside of the dumpster/property. I spoke to the property manager about this violation. She claims that everyone received a lease violation and trying to stop trash being disposed through out the property instead of the trash compactor. So basically since they can’t pin point who is doing it everyone getting violations.It should have been a mass notices for a final warning about the trash issues. Instead of giving out lease violation to the lease holders and going in the resident file with no proof of any wrong doing. I never received any notices or emails about the on going trash issue on the property . Only received a lease violation as of today especially when I always properly dispose

I wish I can rate it a negative. These apartments are roach infested. Trash everywhere. Also have rodents all on the staircase where you have to walk up and down from. Teenagers breaking in apartments that not even vacant by anyone trashing up the place setting off the smoke detectors. They play in front of your door constantly, smoking, playing loud music. It not a safe place for any anybody. If you don’t care about where you stay at and you ain’t trying to better your life then it meant for you. Also mine you these people in the office change constantly so it always somebody new. They will move you in knowing those apartments ain’t worth moving in. But it your choice so choose it wisely.

Pool is never one,a little boy broke my window and now I am the who has to pay for it. honestly, my AC broke four weeks ago and they still haven’t fixed it. The pools never opened. It’s always dirty. I asked them man if it’s going to be clean by summer he said yeah it’s now summertime and it’s still closed behind the apartments are dirty. People are burning bushes and other stuff. These apartments are disgusting!

I came to these apartments to see about leasing one and as I was looking around the property the trash is the most ridiculous I’ve ever seen in life, and as I was taking a photo some tenants told me that they are very unprofessional and they don’t fix anything inside the apartments, one said they refrigerator been out for MONTHS and they won’t replace it, the trash explains EVERYTHING with how they keep up their property
