Consort Homes

We have been in our home for a while now and absolutely love it! Every building process has its challenges but Consort was right there to handle them every step of the way. Sales team was great, builders were very accommodating and kept us updated throughout the build. We could not be happier with our home and the process with Consort.

Our house itself is fine, but the amount of gravel that was left throughout our yard and allowed the sod company to set the sod itself onto the gravel is ridiculous, frustrating etc… It looks awful. We were told that they would come back and reseed our yard more than once that hasn’t happened!! Be very careful if you decide to buy with Consort.

We have had the best experience building our home with Consort. Attention to detail, excellent communication and no surprises! Everything we expected it to be and much more. We love our Consort home! Highly recommend!

Salesman lacks integrity and is very unprofessional. Lots of promises made and did not deliver on many of them. When called out on not being a man of his word, we were cussed at and threatened to sell our home to someone else, although we paid our down payment and were a little over a month from closing. Lots of issues upon moving in- multiple cracks in the foundation, poorly leveled yard, grey water from faucets and walkthrough repairs not completed. Craftsmanship of overall home does not seem to compare to other home builders in the area. Very hard to get in contact with anyone!

Highly recommend Consort Homes as a builder. The build great homes with a variety of floorpans to fit everyone's needs. They are professional, caring, consider all needs of the buyer and make the entire building process fun! Build a great forever home with Consort!
