Conroy Commercial, Inc

Perched on the corner of our historical neighborhood, is a former auto mechanic lot that was recently leased by Conroy Commercial at a cut rate so they could create a corner lined with billboards that will invite nothing but graffiti. It’s incredibly disappointing, and a pretty disgusting cash grab that blights the neighborhood. Mind you, the mission on their website reads: “The best neighborhoods tell a story. Rich with history and texture, neighborhoods are the living, breathing characters in the plot of our daily lives.” A joke.

We have been in our commercial space for 6 months now and that would not have been possible without Conroy. Solid people and a great smooth leasing process for our incredible creative space. They negotiated perfectly for alterations we required and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend for anyone seeking commercial space.

After working with John Ewing on personal property and also sending along a few investors, I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. They are professional, easy to communicate with and get the job done smoothly. Also, a pleasant and fun transaction over all. A must call!
