Don't move here... it's like rotten candy cover in great wrapping. Office are sells people of course they will do their best in the beginning. Move in the then say their emails are to full they are behind responding by like 30 days, they answer the phone and pass the responsibly around and always end it with they aren't available. you will get a call back... nothing. Pool is always down, Vandalism, police appearance is high... Parking is terrible even if you have a parking pass you may need to take street parking. Roaches, I say car break in weekly. Base rent is only base rent will be paying about 200 extra on top of rent for their fee and can barely use what your paying for. trash pickup is trash! they come when they please. The list goes on just dont.... and at move out they say no move

Here is my feedback I lived at this property for two years. When I first moved in, the community was in excellent condition and had a 4.8 rating, largely thanks to Francisco Rubalcava. He took great care of the property and held all of the managers accountable. There is not really a functional gym, and the pool was frequently closed for maintenance—probably 20 to 30 times during my two-year stay. It was often shut down due to ongoing issues with the pump. The reason I decided to leave was because parking became a nightmare. It was extremely difficult to find a spot, and management removed even more resident parking to reserve spaces for their staff. When I moved out, I gave the required notice as stated in my lease. The manager at the time, Shannon, provided me with a cleaning list onl

When my lease is up I wont be back. The overall rent keeps fluctuating monthly and I didn't have this issue last year. I was told because of sewer... coincidentally it began a month after I signed my lease this year. It hasn't even rained that much why am I paying over $100+ more a month each month because of "sewage?". The trash pick up has left random boxes or trash outside my apartment. Some of the staff in the past have been extremely helpful if I've had issues. Others act like they have an attitude first thing in the morning. Overall if you can sell your kidney and get the cash you might be able to afford living here. if you don't mind dog shhhh and roaches you should be good to go.

This Conrad at Concord Mills has done a terrible job of making tenants aware of new parking policy. Warrior Towing comes and takes people cars in the middle of the night and overly charges the residents! Looking at this warning sign of towing, there is no condition stating expired registration or cars with flat tires are to be towed. ***The lack of communication on this parking addendum is the most frustrating and unprofessional behavior I have ever seen from an apartment complex. The complex stated changes to parking policy of the parking passes needed and did well letting people know to come get the pass… ***What they purposely did not disclose to their residents who pay beyond $2,000 a month was the new parking rule of allowing Warrior Towing to come and take your car for expired tags a

I will give this complex it is in a great area where anything you need is not far. The complex itself and management is not the best per se. Not very organized or want to blame things on being short staffed. They created some new thing where you handle certain things with someone over the phone which leaves to wonder what is the leasing office for. I am currently fighting to get out of my lease due to safety reasons. I do not feel safe after an “accidental discharge of a firearm” into my apartment. This is also not the first time a police officer comes to my door pertaining things not related to me. I am a mother to a toddler. Evicting the persons in the apartment where the accidental discharge happen does not solve the issue. I simply do not feel safe. As there could be retaliation obvio
