It's not a bad place to live and not the best place either, it's got great location to down town and uptown shopping and site seeing.
Lived here since 2/ 06 these apts were Nice. They were kept up. Landscaping was all right even though they were expensive. Now they have gone downhill badly. Maintenance is not kept up at all like it used to be. There's garbage everywhere. The tenants don't care some not all. $840 for a 3 bdrm 2 bath. Is expensive. Maybe they were worth it in th will bee past, but not so much now.
Seems the place needs more money to fix things. I have a buddy that lives there. The apartment is nice and homey.
Apartment is decent, complex is quiet, adequate parking, storage available, pool, laundry room, play area, basketball quart and close by restaurants.
This place has gone down hill. They have raised the rent several times. Nothing to show for it.
