Jordan and Jennifer are beautiful people who helped me start a new life at Connect First Creek apartments. They are so helpful and always greet me with a smile. Jordan, the Property Manager, always makes herself available to me and took the time out to explain things in depth and helped me with payments. I feel safe and happy at this apartment.
I started living in my new apartment in September. Everything works perfectly. Maintenance Staff is wonderful. Anything that’s broken they fix right away. The leasing staff are amazing so friendly. They have wonderful and fun Christmas parties with delicious BBQ. Everything is so new. I just love my apartment.
Connect at First Creek is a phenomenal apartment to live in. The property manager Jordan communicated clearly and made my leasing/move in experience a breeze. Do not believe the negative reviews! The office staff is amazing and so are the apartments.
Moving in to Connect at First Creek has been a great experience. Nice apartments, great amenities and friendly staff and maintenance. Jordan and Jennifer made moving in a breeze and the move-in special was right on time for the holiday season.
Cops are always visiting the apartment complex. A lot of domestic violence and other crimes. The walls are not sound resistant and I can hear people outside clearly and traffic from 56th avenue. They send out mass emails to people telling them they're going to fine them if they don't take the items off their balcony. I understand the no barbecues; that is a fire hazard and can go in your neighbor's window. There have been multiple car break-ins in the parking lot. Management doesn't want to spend money on decent security. Some of the gym equipment doesn't work because the subscription is not paid. Packages get stolen because FedEx just throws them down on the ground. The packages for tenants. Seems like some people are on some kind of low income rent because they don't work, have kids, and
