Impossible to get in contact with. Was not notified or offered solutions for major construction happening right next to me from 7am-6pm every weekday. The noise it terrible and there is air pollution from construction debris. Calls and emails have gone unanswered at a crucial time of deciding whether to resign my lease after two years of being an excellent tenant. This is unacceptable.

The building is well run thanks to the manager and super. Communication has always been good, and they genuinely seem to care about keeping residents comfortable.

Do not rent with these people UNLESS you plan to move into a FILTHY apartment, a FILTHY building where tenants can leave garbage in the lobby and cause the whole first floor to stink. The apartment came with a terrace that has peeling paint, falling paint from the overhead terrace and a nice collection of bird feces. The building is dirty and no one is enforcing this. The shower handle isn’t even meant for the shower spout. The cabinets in the apartment was covered in dried food, and is missing the support pegs so now WE have to come out of pocket to buy support pegs to make the cabinets usable. Please continue looking elsewhere and make this a very very very last resort.

The management team is responsive, professional and easy to work with. Maintenance is handled quickly and communication is always clear. I’d definitely recommend them.
