Terrible. The unit was not “ready” till the night before move, making a walk through impossible. Once I moved in I found that the unit was in terrible condition. from dirty walls to all over broken broken finishes, that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in. Staff is unprofessional and incapable to assess issues? They new all issues prior to rental and ignored them. Daniela was also unprofessional and at times impossible to reach and unreasonable. Don’t trust them , make sure you do a walk through and do not move in until all completed. In my opinion these people just want to collect your money and do not care about tenants rights or well being. They have no customer service abilities. This was the worst experience and have been a renter for years in miami. I definitely DO NOT rec
