Concourse Crossing at Century Communities

Many problems with my home, inside and out. Some small, and some are very large. Siding, flooring, drywall, electrical, and lots more. Still well within my warranty time, little to nothing is getting done after repeated attempts, and ALMOST everything was to be fixed before even moving in. Very sad. Many more pictures to come,

As others have noted. This is a wonderful community of people. We have great neighbors. Unfortunately there were construction issues with the roof identified prior to moving in. We were told that our issues would be promptly handled prior to move in. It was not. Then we were told they would fix it and we would not have to make warranty claims. It still was not. After escalation of issues and months of coordinating a plan for repairs, our representative completely stopped responding to us. We have asked to be directed to the correct people to help, but still have not received any useful communication. We have lived in our home for 5 months now and still have roofing nails protruding through our roof.

We purchased our home in April. Jennifer was our sales representative and she was fantastic from the beginning. She took the time to show us every house that was even reasonably close to what might work for us. We came back multiple times to look and she never hesitated. She always had a positive attitude and ultimately found us the perfect house with the perfect yard. During our walk through prior to closing we found a few items that needed to be corrected but not many. And since closing, we have had 2 minor issues that were handled under warranty repair and handled extremely promptly. Those were an issue with an outlet and an issue with a thermostat.

I absolutely loved buying a home through Concourse Crossing. I can't even express how thankful I am for both Jennifer & Chris. Jennifer M. was fantastic from the start, being incredibly attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Our family truly feels like she's now our friend - always quick to help and make our move smooth and seamless. Chris was and continues to be more than helpful. We had a few things still to be done post-close, a couple minor hiccups & he's always been quick to run over. We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with throughout the buying process. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much!

Purchased a house in Concourse Crossing. Dennis Parsons made all the difference. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. We looked at several communities and they were all very similar. The one difference is the level of service Dennis provided. He is a great resource for the company and is the biggest reason we purchased our home here.
