Concord Village

I have lived here almost a year in march,everything about this place is great except for two things! One being the assistant manager SHASTA, always an attitude never says hi good morning good afternoon never smiles you kinda wanna second guess even going in there for anything! She does not belong behind a desk. Especially when meeting and helping people who are looking for a place to rent! The second thing is,is the people with pets (dogs) just let them 💩 wherever and keep on walking. Now there’s 💩 bags and a trash can specifically for that! I live on a downstairs corner apartment with grass on the other side of my fence, where they let their dogs 💩. I can’t even open my slider because of the smell of 💩 sometimes. I was placed at this apartment complex through a program called HHope and was having my rent paid by this program for one year and during this year some one who I thought was a friend ended up at my door step w her son who was sick at the moment and had no where to go so I told her that they could stay until her son was better... Little had I known she had actually had no intention on leaving at all in fact she actually had her Id sent to my address when I was in hospital giving birth to my daughter to where I couldn't just ask her to leave and then CPS told me I had to leave from there or it was gonna a be a failure to protect on my children so I had no choice but to leave and I ended up leaving everything I owned in the apartment back in March I notified the office of everything that was

They don't take of the apartments at all really and they say only two dogs per unit but there a couple who have like 4 they also have 5 cars and take a good portion of the back parking. Landlord doesn't do anything about it. It also doesn't help that cars are parked and left for a period amount of time.

Prospective renter and had a negative experience with the leasing office. I'm looking to move in the area, but cannot look at a place because they are not open on the weekends which makes it difficult for working adults to tour apartments. Additionally, the property manager refused to escalate my issue to her management. Do not recommend.

Update . I’ve been here almost 20 years now . The community is good. The apartments are good, but the management here is not. Especially the assistant manager Shasta. She is continually rude. I have complained to the manager about her rudeness multiple times. I even called the corporate office as I encourage any of our residents to do. About her bad attitude. This management team here very much mistreats their tenants, and ignore the grounds. In almost 20 years that I’ve been in this building I have seen countless groundskeepers maintenance men that have our keys to our apartments. Also manager after manager. There was a time when I would very much recommend these apartments. This is not that time. 0/10 do not recommend. Been here 14 years. Used to be a really nice place. Things change t
