I wish The City of Concord would spend more time on this side of Concord and improve the roads and clean up and clean out the catch basins so that the water drains through them instead of the water Ponding on the road or across the road (Electric Avenue) as well as other Catch Basins in the area.
Have a friend that lives here n they are quite n very pretty n the management does a great job
Cuz let too many people in there that are on drugs
They only let drugs and foriners in
