Concord Square Apartments

Myself and my little family have been living here for almost a year now. We absolutely love it here! Our neighbors have become some great friends and they’re all so lovely and welcoming. The maintenance crew and property manager are so sweet! Always smiling and saying hi and it’s just a really tight knit community to be apart of. I couldn’t imagine raising our little one any place better. We are really enjoying living here. It’s also pretty safe! Everyone looks out for each other and I can have mail delivered in the morning and know it’ll be there when I get home that evening! We love it here 😁

My wife, daughter and I have lived here for almost a year now. My wife Olivia just called me to let me know she had to put in a service request for an AC issue in the unit. They were quick, efficient and so kind and helpful! Missy and the maintenance team were so wonderful to her and made it so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. We love living here and are so thankful for the wonderful team at Concord Square who always take care of things when you need them! Thank you guys!

Great little quiet place, very convenient location in Ontario. Maintenance has been very helpful. Gary Johnson and David Blevins on the maintenance team responded to my maintenance request incredibly quick and within a couple hours (while I was at work), they stayed in touch with me and let me know what they were doing and when they were finished with the request. Very timely and efficient and great job. They even noticed I had a slightly more outdated screen door to the unit and took the initiative to replace it for me with a brand new one without hesitation. Very pleased with the work.

The apartments are super nice! Definitely more modern and up to date than other places we looked at! We love our apartment! Maintenance and neighbors are all super kind! Not noisy and super chill! Maintenance is on top of what ever needs done! Property manager is super kind and helpful! Definitely recommend living at concord square apartments!

Nice, quiet neighborhood. I love being close to the stores and food. We have new mail boxes and new grill area and even more now coming soon. Rent is a little high but, if you have 2 incomes it's really a good place to live. Missy, the office manager is really sweet and kind and she has a great personality!
