Be careful complaining about anything via email or otherwise, it will make them not renew your lease. I had an incident where a maintenance man showed up 2 hours late (after months of waiting) which I was fine with, and I allowed him into the property. He walked in and out of the unit only to return 30 minutes later with the property manager who barged in, without knocking and without ringing the doorbell, while I was on the toilet. When he surprised me and I shouted, he walked back outside and rang the doorbell about 30 times passive aggressively. When I opened the door to confront him, he claimed I was "burning" the bathtub (the faucet was dripping for months and rust/sediment was corroding the tub lining, the reason for the call). The rent may be affordable, but the living conditions here are very poor. Within my first week of living here, there was already a rat in the apartment. The building has clear pest issues my cousin also lived here and experienced rats, and my neighbor has cockroaches, so this is not an isolated problem. The unit itself has moisture issues: the walls feel damp and the paint is peeling. The front door does not close properly unless you slam it. Maintenance has been frustrating to deal with requests are often dismissed or ignored, and staff act as if repairs are not their responsibility. So far so good!!! Eli is my office representative/complex manager/go to guy. Who is very professional, courteous and respectful. So far I am happy with the short time that I have been living here. I’ve had quite a few issues/maintenance repairs that had to be done, Eli and the other young lady. Have immediately addressed the issues in less half a day. If there were any problems with finishing it the same day, Eli would call me and inform me immediately. I have a two issues that I was going to try and resolve by myself with the go ahead from Eli. Which I won’t be able to handle because of the distance from where I moved from. Hopefully Eli will be able to assist me with it. Now that I won’t be able to handle it on my own. I will update as soon I have the issues resolved.

the sidewalk and grounds are covered in dog excrement, instead of installing a $30 security camera and enforcing the rules of the lease and find a culprit, they rely on the tenants' personal ring cameras while innumerable piles gather on the front side of the property for years on end. for a while they sent out email notices, then they stopped even trying.

Our apartment recently was declared uninhabitable due to a fire in upstairs unit. From the time of the fire, the management team, especially Eli, was right there for us. Made sure we had a hotel( that accepted our dog)for that night until I could get a response from our rental insurance. We've lived at Concord Court since 2/2020. Eli found us an empty unit in the complex for us to relocate to. What a blessing that was! Every one on staff went above and beyond to make our transition as easy as possible. We are so very grateful!
