Concord Chase Apartments

Pests are going to be anywhere in Georgia . I still have not appreciated dealing with them. Multi-family living is louder than a single family home. However, some months have been egregious with loud music starting at 11pm and going until 2am consistently for weeks. Sometimes it’s even the same song on repeat. I still can’t listen to Beyoncé‘s Halo. The daily honking when 3 different people arrive to pick someone up is maddening. Maybe I just don’t have the most considerate neighbors. However, my maintenance requests are almost always promptly handled with a smile. The complex is as clean as the office can reasonably manage, without reorganizing the dumpster for people who make it a mess. These apartments are very unprofessional!! The closest doors don’t stay up, we’ve had mold in our apartment since the beginning of the year and nothing has been done, the tub has been messed up and all they’ve done is sent someone out to repaint it and it started peeling even after waiting the time period, no heat or air travels throughout the unit, they only have one maintenance man and he barely comes out. The leasing office staff hasn’t done anything, me and my family have been living with mold since the beginning of the year and nothing has been done. We’ve been here for almost 5 years and the pool has never been accessible, the stairs are close to falling, they have roaches, neighbors being loud with their cars at night and early during the morning, and the police is always out here.

These apartments were very rude and unprofessional. I called asking for their corporate number, due to having an issue on a previous call where I had a lot of questions unanswered and was rushed off the phone. The lady put me on hold for 5 minutes after I asked for the number, and then put someone else on the line. The new lady was short and asked where I lived, she then refused to give me the number and hung up. I’m not sure what the issue was at all, but they have definitely lost a potential client.

Can’t give a 0 so a 1 star will have todo. First let’s start with the fact that this place is INFESTED with roaches! INFESTED! They try to make you feel better by telling you they have an exterminator that come out upon request. Well they suck I saw no difference and I had to hire my own, that is the only way I was able to control them and see a difference. Maintenance request take forever for them to fix anything the biggest issue I had was my refrigerator it kept freezing and un freezing and the bottom all the food would go frozen! Welp it took them almost 2 months to actually go check it. So that was almost 2 months of throwing away groceries and having to waist money on take out and I have 5 mouths to feed. This place didn’t care they still took long when someone went out to “fix” it b

This place was not great to live. Raised rent an enormous amount between years, pool never opened - continued to promise summer after summer. I bet that “pool coming soon” sign is still up with no pool. Floor was sinking and slanting in kitchen, but never was fixed because there were places that were apparently WORSE. Neighbors are all super nice I will say- always felt safe and everyone was friendly. Don’t live here tho- management is not your friend.
