Concord at The Parks at Marietta Apartments

Parks at Marietta was an ideal experience from start to finish. The property manager, Jennifer Friant was always very speedy regarding maintenance requests and overall issues I encountered. These apartments are a great place to start your rental journey. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Everyone keeps to themselves. Even on the weekends, you rarely hear noise. I recommend this complex or any of their sister complexes to anyone. Thank you Parks at Marietta.

I lived here for almost 4 years and I must say the property manager Jennifer is by far one of THE BEST I came across.I put a work order in she's right on it at the next chance she gets. Such caring and understanding.Jennifer Is just AWESOME!!!! Not to mention that it's very quiet,everyone keeps to themselves but are very nice. Honestly the reason I'm still here.

We lived there 2.5 years. After 3 management changes, we were trying to move to a 2 bd there. They could not seem to renew our lease, another employee in the office with new management left and now they will not return our deposit. They told us to patch holes and maintenance watched and saw us move and clean the apartment. We moved out Oct 24,2024, November 6th they contacted us about paying rent, we were late according to their records. 😳 We again explained, we had no new lease. We worked with them almost 6 weeks before we gave up and moved out. No one could seem to figure it out and constant lies from office employees on what was happening. Promised us the 2 bd for a month, still couldn’t figure it out. 😡 Now I guess I have to get a lawyer and file with the BBB or others. Total inco

I stayed here for a month and can say management is AWESOME!!! I loved the peaceful area, but think they need a gated dog community on this property. So dogs can be leashless for a bit. I had no pest issues besides the squirrels on the roof; which made my dogs yap. Stove was a little small, but served its purpose.

I’ve been here for 6months now... You will encounter bugs due to the location. Pest control comes out at least twice a month to service my apartment. You won’t get maintenance till “next week” don’t hold your breathe fix it yourself or leave it alone. Take pictures so they don’t try anything when it’s time to leave. If you want something done you have to stay persistent call and email everyday to get something fixed. Parking is first come first serve but there’s plenty of it. Trash isn’t an issue till it is and it’s overflowing.
