Concord at Madera by Ashton Woods

We visited the Aston Woods community with our 3- and 5-year-old kids, and our experience with the sales agent, Charlotte Ralphs, was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, she was unwelcoming and dismissive, showing no genuine interest in helping us. Her responses were short and uninformative, and she seemed visibly irritated just because our kids were playing nearby. Her expressions and tone made the whole interaction uncomfortable. It’s surprising to see that level of unprofessionalism from someone whose role is to greet families and represent the community. Basic courtesy and a welcoming attitude are the least one would expect from a home sales representative.
