Conclave Glenwood

If you would have asked me when I first moved in, this place would have been a 5 star. It seemed to be the perfect first apartment for me but I knew it was too good to be true. This complex is very clean, quiet, well maintained, modern, maintenance is very quick and responsive and the people are kind for the most part. However, the doors and locks have been an issue since I moved in and the website it false advertising when it mentions controlled access buildings. They are lacking security, safety and communication which is huge for me! It seems as if they had everything in place to protect their residents which is why I chose to live here but the system has been down for several months now and there has been NO communication with residents and that is very unprofessional in my opinion. Property management has failed to uphold their portion of the lease agreement, to maintain and keep in working order community features and operations. The secure access to the community and to the individual buildings has been inoperable since late June 2025. It is now late October. When bringing the concern to the office staff you will be met with “we live here too and feel the frustrations too”. No one cares if the office staff also lives in the community. Either provide an update or own the fact that you’re clueless and not doing anything to address it. When pushed, it appears they’ve given different answers to different residents. I’ve been told it’s due to the underground wiring being saturated. Others have been told it’s the heat of the sun. Upon move in, my unit had not been proper

Just want to give a huge shout out to Nahim for his exceptional service! Not only does he demonstrate a strong work ethic during maintenance calls, but he also went above and beyond by helping me jump-start my car when I really needed it. His willingness to assist in that moment made a huge difference in turning what could have been a horrible start to my day into a great one. Thank you, Nahim, for your outstanding support!

Just started my time at these beautiful apartments and I am loving it more and more as time goes on. The staff is incredibly helpful with whatever needs you come by and the Maintenance is on point with everything as well. As soon as a request is sent in they are on top of it which is really nice.
