Horrible company. I've been waiting for my key fobs to enter my condo for over 4 months. What type of homeowners association allows their tenants to have no access to their own home for 4 months!? I have to ask my neighbors to key me into the garage and the front lobby door. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. If you have a choice never ever go with C7 Properties
