This place is dirty. The facilities are constantly being broken into. The mail boxes are constantly being broken into and management refuses to replace them, just fix them enough. Package theft is common. Vehicles in the basement are commonly broken into. Change the door code and install some cameras. Outside people are syphoning gas from cars. Tenants have asked for more security especially with the mailboxes and trash area but the building manager refuses to respond. A new grill is being built out back but no one is going to use it because trash is constantly over flowing next to it. The only highlight is maintenance is very quick to fix apartment related problems. Some of the tenants leave trash outside of dumpsters because they are too lazy to throw it in, leading to rodent problems.

My apartment itself is fine, but you can easily hear neighbors because of the way the air vents in the building are. Otherwise- there are only 2 washers and 2 dryers for the building and at least one of them is broken at any given time. The mailboxes get broken into probably 1-2 times per month. Homeless people like to hang in the dumpster area so there is always garbage strewn everywhere. The leasing office is a nightmare to deal with. They don’t respond to emails and it’s very hard to get them on the phone. I am currently having a problem getting them to get me a properly dated lease to sign- it expired in June and they never noticed until I finally asked for it. I’ve lived here for a few years but the management has been steadily going downhill so I’m out, but the neighborhood is nice a

Thankful we got the hell out of this place. Moved on to something WAY BETTER. The fact my last review was mysteriously removed. Seems like they’re trying to silence the truth. Yet, there’s reviews from other tenants with similar experiences living at this hole in the wall type of place. For what they charge in rent per month, they outta be ashamed of themselves for leasing apt under these horrible living conditions. To think about all the issues we had while living at this place, makes me disgusted.

An interesting place to live. While we started living here because of the lower rent const compared to other buildings in the area. It was quick to see why. Over the last two years we seen: Consistent theft of packages. Constant rodent problems. (we currently have mouse traps all around our kitchen/pantry/living room) Vandalization of the complex ( you can see the repainted areas right when you walk into the building, You can also see where the previous tenant on the first floor front apartment by the alley spray painted items? The paint is on the balcony still. ) Mail boxes be broken into. Only TWO washers/dryer units for the entire complex and usually one or two are broken with no updates to tenants regarding repairs. ANYONE can access the backyard/patio area since the gate to the dum

Id give zero stars if I could. Place is filthy there's rodents, neighbors are loud and rude don't live here if you like to sleep at night, neighborhood is unsafe with low security in the building if you still choose to live here anyway make retail stores your best friend don't even dream about ordering online your packages won't make it to your doorstep. You have to pay for heat that the building controls And over charges you for. I recently got a notice on my door stating they weren't going to renew my lease because my apartment unit was getting falsely reported due to my neighbors being so loud that my other neighbors didn't know where the noise was coming from, they just assumed that it was my unit because I have children and my neighbor upstairs has children screaming literally all ho
