We lost $17,742 on our deal that had this company writing the subto contract. In our experience, this deal had several parties that should have been working together and communicating to ensure that everything got transferred to our name. The worker that was writing the contract took close to a month to write it, all while taking 2-3 days to respond to emails and saying that she would have "something by End of Day tomorrow". She took so long that the money was dispersed by a different company and we had nothing legal to defend ourselves with. During this time, we asked where the funds were (NOT to ask for money back) and this company went back and forth with title pretending to "be as lost as us".
