We finally received a response from this company after approximately five weeks, despite repeated outreach regarding an ongoing roof leak. During that time, interior damage continued to worsen. Their lack of urgency and follow-through reflects poorly on their ability to responsibly manage property issues. Unresponsive, inattentive, and not recommended.

Compass Rose not really impressed by them they always figure a way to add additional fees in and do half ass work hire the cheapest people to do it so that’s what kind of craftsmanship you get just another reason for them to make more money off us residents and when something does break down, it takes forever to get fixed they charge us as an HOA and there ain’t even a fence all the way around the grounds, but they consider that a gated community because there’s a bunch of trees on one side Willow Creek N Fort Myers

My HOA was tired of falling thru the cracks of Large HOA firms having experienced horrible communications, billing issues and payment posting errors. We were ready for a change. When our contract was up, we found this new one in the DFW area at a very reasonable rate. We were apprehensive as a Transition from one company to another is never without a few hiccups, but ours was pretty smooth. We feel a smaller, boutique management company better fits our needs and look forward to a long relationship with Stephanie at Compass Rose.

We’ve been very pleased with our condo association’s management company. They consistently go above and beyond to maintain the property and promptly address any concerns. While some negative reviews may show isolated incidents, such as debris or shrubs that haven’t been replaced yet, it’s important to recognize the efforts already made. For example, the debris in one of the pictures has long been removed, and the shrubs are scheduled for replacement soon as part of the association's landscaping plan. It’s clear that our management team and the board are dedicated to improving and maintaining the community, even when faced with challenges. We appreciate their hard work and proactive communication!

Compass Rose took over our Community's Management about a year ago and I've seen an improvement with how things are run. I have various interactions with April our CAM and she is quick and thorough each time.
