I do not recommend Compass broker CHRISTINE MARIANI Based on my experience, she was unethical, untrustworthy, and failed to advocate for her clients. She misrepresented information, did not follow through on her professional obligations, and repeatedly failed to return calls, texts, or emails when serious issues required her involvement. Most concerning, she continued to act on behalf of a landlord despite the failure to return a legally owed security deposit, even after a written agreement and a clear deadline had passed. Once the issue escalated, communication stopped entirely. It became clear that protecting her own commission took priority over client accountability, transparency, and basic professional responsibility. Do not trust them to show up to your tour. Make sure you follow up because they will not update you or get access to units you request to see. I requested to see a unit weeks in advance, holding out to see this place. I only found out that they did not get access to the unit DAY OF the tour after sending multiple messages confirming the tour was even on. Such a waste of time.

Mary Grace McGivney was a DELIGHT to work with. She went out of her way to support my roommate and I in our apartment hunt. She showed nothing but kindness and compassion. David Wolff: Rude and lacks professionalism. Reached out due to an interest in an apartment and was responded to such negatively and unprofessionally. Makes me not want to do business with Compass on the whole.
