Between 1-4-24 (seller's contract date) and 2-12-24 (closing date) PorchLight Real Estate Group sold my condo in Superior, CO. My realtor was Dave Sutton who had been my realtor when I bought in 2012. I liked and trusted him and wanted to work with him again for the sale. PorchLight as a brokerage brought knowledgeable, talented, and efficient teams to the sale: administrating, cleaning, staging, photos, and marketing. I always knew what was happening, had all my questions answered, benefited from Dave's good advice, and had the convenience of virtual document signing, and a mobile notary since I was out-of-state. This could not have been an easier process for me. Thank you Dave and Rhonda, thank you Porch Light Real Estate teams. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Steve King. Steve represented me as the Buyer for house up in Nederland. Very knowledgable and trustworthy realtor -- never pushy -- totally felt like he was on my side the whole time. I'd definitely work with Steve again in the future. Also, just overall good vibes and really welcomed us to Boulder County.

I write this negative review for Jane Murphy Oherron who was my real estate agent when purchasing a condo in Boulder. Jane’s lack of due diligence relating to the financial state of the HOA cost me a significant amount of money a year after purchase. The problem related to the financial disclosures; she forwarded me the HOA website link without pointing me to their financials, their meeting notes, nor their upcoming special assessments. I had never purchased a condo before and did not know what to look for. She did none of what I later learned from other agents was an important part of her job. A year after purchase, a bill came for back-debt on the property. I contacted Jane and she wouldn’t answer any of my emails and ignored my requests for conversation. She passed the buck. Not

As a real estate agent myself, I have very high standards for what a realtor can and should do! I researched the best agents in Boulder, and Kim Hullet came highly recommended. Kim far exceeded these expectations! When you work with Kim, you know you have an experienced and knowledgeable Realtor (and wonderful person)squarely in your corner. She puts your best interests above her own, and will do everything possible to make sure you get the right property for you and have a smooth closing process. I threw a couple curveballs (not intentionally!) her way, including one the night before closing, and she handled them with grace and professionalism. The day after the close, she was still supporting me in my goals for the property, sending me an unprompted text with recommended professionals

My wife and I just closed on a beautiful property and are pretty sure it would not have happened if it weren’t for the hard work and diligence of our terrific agent (Kim Byrne). She really had to do most of the heavy lifting on the deal because we had so much other stuff going on (my wife’s dad was in the hospital, her mom was moving into an assisted living (both back in Texas) and we were closing on another real estate deal in New Mexico). To say we relied on Kim to get this deal closed would be a massive understatement! We lucked into finding her and really appreciated her local knowledge of the Estes Park area and she proved time and again to be invaluable to us during this process!
