Cara Kohler is an amazing realtor. She is very knowledgeable about every step of the home buying process, and always makes sure to give complete, clear, and simple explanations. She was very patient throughout my process and was always very responsive, providing me with honest advice and endless guidance. As a first time homebuyer, I would not have made it through this process without her. I can't recommend her enough, and I'm very grateful to have had the pleasure of working with her as I found my perfect home.

My experience with Compass Real Estate through their agent, Matthew Mindel, was extremely disappointing. He provided misleading and incorrect statements during the buying/selling process, which caused serious issues and confusion for everyone involved. Instead of offering transparency and professionalism, his actions created unnecessary problems. Compass Real Estate should be held accountable for the conduct of their agents, and based on my experience, they failed to ensure honesty and fair dealing. If you are considering working with this agent or Compass Real Estate, I strongly advise you to proceed with caution.

For anyone looking for a real estate company Compass Realty and the broker Roseann Glick,look no further. My brother passed away several months ago, in Baltimore Maryland. I live in Rhode Island, and have been a real estate broker for 35years. My brother owned a condo in Cross Keys. There was a lot of work ahead of me. So I had to hire a broker.
