THE BEST REAL ESTATE BROKER IN NYC!!! Jennyrose was our broker for the purchase of our new Brooklyn apartment.  And she was fantastic.  We spent about 2 years with her looking for the right place!  During that time, we must have changed our minds so many times as to what we wanted.  But Jennyrose stayed with us patiently and never made us feel that we were wasting her time. Instead, she insisted that she wanted to help us find the right place for us, and that is exactly what she did! We have worked with other brokers in the past and we thought that comparatively JR added a lot of value to our process suggesting great options for us and asking the right questions when visiting homes.

Jennyrose and Gina helped my roommate and I find the apartment of our dreams. It was really helpful to have people who knew exactly what we were looking for in Manhattan. After many tours that Jennyrose and Gina set up for us we were able to get the apartment we wanted. Even after securing the apartment they helped us make sure that the apartment was in move in condition.

Finding an apartment in NYC is truly one of the most stressful expierences...but not with the Halpuka Team! Jennyrose was incredible and clearly had our best intrest in mind. She would ask questions I was not even thinking of "Is this apartment too loud? Does the sound of the cars bother you?" She would also check the water tempature and pressure at every apartment we toured. I truly hope to never move again in NYC but if I have to, I'll be reaching out to Jennyrose!
