TRASH in the hallways here IS an everyday thing. Safety… Doors propped open, yes. Garage Door won’t even close. Poor management and accountability here, absolutely yes. I honestly feel bad for the sanitation workers who have to clean up after people like this everyday. Maintenance going to take forevveerrrr. Don’t even count on it. The stars are only given because the unit is nice. That’s it. Other than that. If you don’t NEED any type of housing don’t stay here save yourself a headache.

There are two types of people in this word The normal ones who understand things that are common sense , And the in-compassionate people who can’t understand and Comprehend how to treat people with human decency. That’s what this company is . Very beautiful apartment however management, being disrespectful , in-compassionate out rules the apartment and wanting to live here any longer then you have to .

Was incredibly interested in touring this complex, but after numerous attempts to contact staff or property management over the course of a week, I was unable to adequately “vet” said property or even learn more about it. The only contact made with me throughout this duration was an AI automated response. Due to this lack of service and staff (no wonder staff ratings are in the toilet), I went with a different property/management. Shorewood has far more affordable housing that is actually managed well and works in your interest unlike CWC. All in all, thank you (CWC) for being bad at your job(s) so I could avoid the stress and anxiety of living within a poorly managed property.

I’ve been living here since October 27 of 2025. The lady Burnetta in the Leasing office has been completely disrespectful throughout the whole progress. I have never in my life experience, such disrespect in my life. Everything that comes out, her mouth is rude or disrespectful or aggressive. It’s to the point where you cannot even talk to her . Every concern or question you have towards her is complete Disrespect!! Please please somebody send help. This is out of control. She should not be working in this building whatsoever. I have many videos of her being disrespectful.

This is a very nice building and I was looking forward to moving into it however, after reading the reviews, I see that this building has so many flaws. I filled out an application in my Tenant screening was completed. And everything came back positive. I reached out to the building to schedule a tour. And it seems no one will answer the phone. I have been calling ever since Friday morning and no one seems to answer. I’ve read the reviews and all the owners seems to keep saying is that they’re sorry for all these inconveniences into reach out to the same number that’s not answering And it’s just so unprofessional I understand running a business Control every single thing but constantly telling people to contact a number that is not answering the phone and email the email that is not reachi
